Janet Kraus
Co-Founder & CEO
Janet has successfully built and sold two companies and was most recently on the faculty at the Harvard Business School where she taught entrepreneurship. She is an active, national public speaker on a variety of topics related to entrepreneurship and sits on the boards of three start-up companies.
Derek Ohly
Co-Founder & COO
Derek brings a unique and powerful combination of design, technology, and operations experience to Peach. Having started his career in architecture, he then took his love of design to the ecommerce world, first as a web developer and later as a designer and builder of ecommerce platforms.
Daniela Bascuñan
Product Design & Development
Daniela is a dynamic design leader with deep and diverse experience in the active apparel category. With 19 years of experience in the Design industry, she has traveled the world for inspiration and to work at factories and has formed long lasting relationships with vendor partners, allowing her to work with some of the best in the industry. She is passionate about all things design!
Andrea Silverstein
Business Development
A seventeen-year veteran of American Express Company, Andrea brings a wealth of experience to Peach ranging from sales strategy and partnerships, to client development and customer loyalty. She is passionate about creating a sales infrastructure and community at Peach that empowers, inspires, and supports our Personal Stylists in building their own successful and gratifying businesses around the Peach brand.
Bevin Mugford
Field Development
Bevin comes to Peach with an extensive background in real estate sales and recruiting. Throughout her career, Bevin has discovered that the best selling comes from creating lasting relationships and solving pain points for her customers. She is absolutely fascinated by the life stories of the women she meets and feels privileged to present the Peach mission and opportunity to prospective clients and stylists.
Glen Dudek
Engineering
Glen Dudek is an engineering leader with extensive startup experience with both small and large software development teams. He is a hands-on leader responsible for architecting and building scalable, robust systems, including cloud-based web applications, tools for analyzing big data, real-time data feeds used by millions of consumers, and operating systems for parallel supercomputers. Glen has patents in parallel memory systems and consumer electronics user interfaces. He has a BA, magna cum laude, in Applied Math/Computer Science from Harvard University.
